In commemoration of “The World Hypertension Day,” Ladi Maji Foundation conducted a highly successful medical intervention program in the Yelwa Community of Kaduna. With the primary objective of raising awareness about hypertension and promoting overall health, the foundation organized a series of activities that included medical check-ups, consultations, and an enlightening health lecture. In collaboration with the esteemed medical team led by Dr. (Mrs.) Theresa Ajah, the intervention reached over 90 individuals in the community, providing them with valuable health insights and care.
Ladi Maji Foundation left no stone unturned in their medical intervention. The dedicated team performed thorough medical check-ups, focusing on blood pressure and blood sugar levels, for all participants from the Yelwa Community. This comprehensive assessment enabled early detection of potential health risks, ensuring timely interventions and appropriate management. Following the medical check-ups, individuals received personalized consultations where they received expert guidance on maintaining their health and managing any identified concerns. This one-on-one interaction proved invaluable in addressing specific health needs and promoting overall well-being within the community.
Ladi Maji Foundation’s medical intervention on World Hypertension Day in the Yelwa Community stands as a testament to their commitment to promoting health and well-being.
Through this initiative, Ladi Maji Foundation continues to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and communities, emphasizing the importance of proactive healthcare and creating a healthier future for all.
