Mrs. Precious Iyebu is one of the beneficiaries of Ladi Maji Foundation’s Widows Empowerment Scheme. She resides in Ungwan Yelwa, Kaduna. In 2012, she received a grant of ₦50,000 from the foundation to start a poultry business. She began with 25 broiler chicks and today, her poultry farm has expanded to approximately 200 layers and 110 broilers.

In addition to this support, the foundation provided her with a grinding machine in 2019, which has significantly improved her income. She is extremely grateful to the foundation and the Executive Director for their assistance. Through this empowerment, she has been able to train her children up to university level. Her long-term goal is to expand her poultry farm into a large-scale business, allowing her to help others in need.
